Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

child custody

my daughter is currently under guardianship of a third party and is happy, and i want her to be happy. the problem is i do not want to relinquish all rights to her and never be able to see her again. is there a way that my daughter can stay where she is and i still be able to see her. i am being told that either i sign her over for full adoption or we stick with guardianship and she stays in limbo. the mother could care less as long as i don't have her

Re: child custody

This issue is much to complicated for this forum. If you consent to adoption you relinquish all rights other than those the new parents may wish to give you.
