Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
child custody
My ex has custody of my Daughter. My daughter wants to come live with me. During our summer visatation, she had to go to visit her Mother. The Mother is using mental tactics on her to change her mind about living with me. She tells the Daughter things like you love your Father more than me, and I cant believe you are doing this to me. The child is 12. Is there something I can do to stop this. She is terrorizing my Daughters mind.

Re: child custody
You can petition for custody modification and tell the judge what you suspect your ex is doing. Can you prove it? The court will probably appoint a guardian ad litem (neutral attorney or child advocate) and perhaps even order a psychological evaluation. It can be expensive and time-consuming. Good luck.
