Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Child Custody
When I was divoriced I used one of those kits from office depot and just had it signed by a judge in that I gave my ex wife custody of our child and agreed to pay $400 a month child support. She has now blocked all phone numbers I have from calling her so I cannot reach my child and I have no way of contacting her to pay the child support. She is making calls to me telling me and all of my family memebers not to call her and that we can never see my child again. At this point what can I do ? I want to have contact with my daughter and she will not allow it. I was also wondering if I have any say in the fact that my daughter is 14 and my ex wife is allowing her to go out of state with a 40 year old man for a week on vacation with him and his daughter?
Thanks

Re: Child Custody
Go see a lawyer where you live and take him a copy of your Office Depot divorce. He can probably get you back before the judge to award visitation. The issues of child support and visitation are separate and do not depend on one another. As far as the 40 yr. old man you make it appear suspect! If his daughter is also 14, it would seem with proper up-bringing that your daughter may know what is appropriate and what is not.
