child custody
my ex-husband is threatening to get
custody of our children because i have a
myspace page. he does not like the
content because there are pictures of me
going out with friends etc--name removed--does he have a
leg to stand on?

It really depends on the photos and circumstances. What do you do when you go out? What kind of pictures are we talking about? Etc. The bottom line is the best interest of the child. A court COULD determine that your having primary care is not in the best interest of the child because of your activities.
