Child Custody

How do my ex-wife an I go about changing the custody of our daughter (11 years old)? Our daughter will be living permanatly with me and not her mother (my ex-wife). My ex-wife lives in Florida and I live in Texas. This is an amicable change of custody. In addition, how will this change child support payments?
