Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child Custody

The father of my child has really never been a big part of our child's life. He is a convicted drug felon and feels that since I moved back with my parents he feels that I am trying to keep him from our child. I move dback with my parents for a little extra help so I could go back to school so I could better take care of me and the baby. But now he feels that I am trying to keep him from the baby. I have never told him he couldn't get him and now he is threatening to take the baby away from me. I was wondering exactly what could I do to make sure that this doesn't happen.

Re: Child Custody

You can seek a court order keeping the father away most of the time and only letting him see the child under the supervision of someone capable of keeping the child safe and in your custody. You should engage an attorney to handle this.
