child custody
my best friend is in jail and she wnats to change the temporary custody of her daughter from her sister to her aunt. how would someone go about doing that?

She would need to make arrangements with an attorney to draft the necessary paperwork and meet with her in the jail or have it sent to her at the jail to have it signed so that the temporary custody can be switched. This can only be done if she voluntarily gave the custody to her sister in the first place and not if it was done by a court order.
