Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

child custody

my friend has a son and the mother has fulltime custody with him having him on certain days. no court order on that. her father whom she lives with their son has threatned to take their son away from my friend. Does the child's grandfather have any ability to take or even ask a court of law to revoke all custoday from the legal father of the child? my friend has no criminal record or any history of drug abuse or abuse of the mother or the son. please let me know

From what you say here, it seems unlikely that his parental rights would be terminated. In any case, the mother would have to petition, not the grandfather.
