Child Custody

I would like full custody of my 13mon old daughter. The father and I are not together and I dont know how to start the process.

It starts by filing a Petition for Custody (and Support). Get a court date. Serve him with the papers.

You may be able to do it through the Dept. of Revenue-check with them. If you cannot afford an attorney, see if either the Clerk's Office, Family Division, has pro se forms to do-it-yourself. Or maybe the Law Library might have forms too.
