child custody

what are the laws regarding my taking our 3 minor children out of state to live for family support and help raising the children before the divorce is final. as it is a hardship being away from my family going through this time.

Re: child custody

The law just changed on Oct. 1st regarding the issue of relocation. There is a legal process that you must go through in order to obtain the court's permission to relocate your children. If you simply relocate them without going through this process,you run the risk of having to return them to Florida and the court will consider your actions when it comes down to custody and visitation issues.
