child custody

I want to know if the male parent has been incacerated for more than 3 years and I have the child and he has never been there from day one and she is 6 do i have full custody over her, being he hasnt signed the birth certificate.

I don't see that he has established paternity yet. If he hasn't then the child is ours to do with what you will.

For the most part, whenever he gets out of prison, then you eill hve to concern yourself. Does he want to be a part of the child's life. If not, then why worry.

If he isn't legally identified as the father, then he doesn't have any legal rights until he goes to court to get them or your try to make him pay child support.
