Child Custody

My 26 month old son's father and I were never married. I would like to be able to move from FL to my home state, closer to my family for support and he will not allow us to leave. Is there anything I can do to be able to move? He is also wanting to move to NY, is this not leaving it open for me to move if he moves first?

Unless there is a court Order saying otherwise you are free to move anywhere you wish. How is he stopping you?
