What are the odds of a judge allowing a residential parent to move the children from Florida to Mississippi ''just because'' or under the false pretenses of a job since the residencial parent receives a mental disability as income for the past 11 years. Is it that easy for a non residential parent to lose there kids this way?

Slim, slim, slim. Judges are very reluctant to allow children to move out of state and away from the other parent, especially where that parent has always been active in the child's life, paid support, and exercised regular visitation.
