Can a person who has temporary custody of a child move out of state even if the father is still paying child support? And does see his son when he comes to his mother's house

The best bet is to take it before a judge and get permission via an order. That way everyone can be heard and the issue of the father's vistation can be expanded or re-arranged.

Florida law forbids a parent from moving a child more than 50 miles from the child's primary residence without the other parent's permission if the parents are not married to one another and not in court.
