child custody
Can a person who has temporary custody of a child move out of state even if the father is still paying child support? And does see his son when he comes to his mother's house

Re: child custody
The best bet is to take it before a judge and get permission via an order. That way everyone can be heard and the issue of the father's vistation can be expanded or re-arranged.

Re: child custody
Florida law forbids a parent from moving a child more than 50 miles from the child's primary residence without the other parent's permission if the parents are not married to one another and not in court.
