Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Child custody
I have primary custody of my 2 year old daughter. My ex husband would not give her back to me when he is suppose to. He filed for emergancy temperary custody. hte judge looked at the papers and said '' I'm not hearing this'' '' I don't see a reason for emergancy hearing''. And his family still won't ;et me have her or see her. I'm a good mom but I don't have money like they do. What should I do?

Re: Child custody
You need to get a lawyer on your side pronto. If you don't have money, contact your local bar association or see if there is a legal aid organization in your area or county.
