Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child Custody Question

My daughter is 18. She is living with a man that is 28. He has run his credit to the ground and is doing the same with hers. She has moved 3 times in the last year and her power got shut off this week because of non payment.

Do I have any legal rights to intervene or does her age preclude me from doing so? I live in Indiana and she is in Florida.

Re: Child Custody Question

You have no rights here in Indiana. She is clearly emancipated. I am not a Florida attorney, but I believe that their age of emancipation is also 18.
