Child Custody / Relocation of Custodial Parent

Friend getting divorced. She wants to leave Florida to come to Ohio to get remarried. Appears she will get custody and will be the custodial parent. She wants to know if the judge is likely to grant her to relocate for a new marriage.

It's not about the judge approving her marriage. It's about the judge allowing the children to leave the jurisdiction. This depends upon what the shared parenting plan says, which is what the parents agreed to combined with what the laws allow.
