Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Child custody
Do I have any rights as a grandmother right now. I have a notorized power of attorney for her. I have had my granddaughter 8 out of the last 12 months. She is leaving in the morning for Oregon. Can I stoop her?

Re: Child custody
Under Florida law, you have only the rights given to you by the parents. Maybe Oregon law will be different.
