Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

child custody

I am currently seaprated from my husband January 2009 will be one year. As of right now he gives me child support sporadically. We have a 10 year old son. We live in the state of Florida I want to move out of the state. My husband currently pays my car note, insurance and cell phone bill. I carry the health insurance for the family. My question is can he legally prohibit me from leaving the state. I have no family in Florida his family is here. He does see our son every other weekend and picks him up from time to time from daycare.
