Child Custody

My sister is currently married but had a baby with other person which regognized the girl as the father, signing the birth certificate, she wants to get legal custody plus child support, but she doesn't have social security number plus she doesn't have money to hire a private attorney, what she can do? or us to help her?

She needs to get an attorney to help her sort this mess out. She can go to legal aid or even the Miami-Dade County Bar Association Pro Bono Project to request an attorney if her financial situation falls below the federal poverty guidelines. If not, she (perhaps with the aid of the family) will have to retain private counsel as this is simply too complicated to explain how to resolve in a few paragraphs.
