my son he is 13 at what age is it that they can make that choice who that want to live with we live in florida thank you

There is no set age but most judges will consider the child's desires at about 14, i.e. high school age.

There is no set age; 13 yrs old may be a tad bit young, but that would be up to the judge. Some do, some don't. Your attorney handling the case will advise you.
