child custody

My son went to visit my sister in Va. I live in Fl. She is now refusing to give my son back to me. She is hiding him. What can I do? My son is 15

I would report this matter to your local police department as well as the police department in your sister's area and see if that resolves this for you.

She can't do that. If you have primary, residential custody, then she is interfering with custody and that can be considered a 3rd degree Felony as far as not returning him.

There must be more to this though.
