Child custody and support

I have been living with a girl for 4 yrs and we have two boys. She is leaving me for someone else and taking my boys. She said we can share custody and I can see them whenever I want. I don't want to be a weekend dad and I don't want some other man with my boys. What are my rights? I have been paying for everything. Could I get my children? Or is it pointless? I am a so upset and sad. My parents have given us so much and we were supposed to move close to them in two weeks. She crashes my car with the kids in it and when I got upset, she tells me she met someone else and wants to leave. I have no money, the other people in the accident are now claiming bodily injury which I didn't have coverage for and she's leaving with my two boys. What, if anything, can I do? Thanks.
