what rights do i have to see my son if my ex girlfriend is not letting me see him do to unpaid child support that is not owed?

Visitation and child support are two different things. You have a right to visit whether or not you pay child support and conversely you have an obligation to pay child support even if you do not visit. One does not affect the other. Remember both things are for the child not the adults. Think about it and it very easy to understand.
