child custody
i want to talk to the judge and file a form stating that my ex is messing with my children brains.she but my 9 year daughter back on the pacifier they are doing worse since she is back in the picture.she has been gone4 years of there live help please

I'm not sure from your statement what your legal goal is. If you want to stop visitations, you will have to file for modification of the decree and present evidence that things have changed since the final hearing and that those new things are against the best interest of the children. You may need expert testimony to that effect. If visitation or partial custody was not part of the decree then your ex has no right to see the children in the first place.
