Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

child custody

I have a temporary court order to keep ex-husband away from our 12 yr. old daughter. He is going to try to gain visitation. I don't want him to have any contact. Twice convicted felon. horrible father to 4 older children minimal contact with those kids. All of those kids turned up criminals. His influence will ruin my christian daughters life. He's an evil man with a bad criminal record. How do I get him out of her life. No custody no contact?

Re: child custody

Hi:

From what little you have mentioned it sounds like you need to speak with a lawyer to make that temporary order final. Once that is completed then depending on the facts and circumstances you may try and petition the court to have his parental rights terminated. Feel free to contact me to discuss this further.

Good Luck
