Child custody
On my visit abroad outside USA my wife abducted my kids which are three in number from west virginia to Florida. Now she is planning to move washington in the summer vacation of kids . I am in the need of filing child custody case ASAP what do I need to do from which state I need to file please help me I need an excellant lawyer please help me indicating his name If u please can currenly I am in Cleveland Ohio

It is impossible to tell you where to begin without knowing which state the action should be commenced. Except under certain circumstances, a person must live in a state for a certain period of time before commencing an action. How long ago did you wife go with the kids to FLA?
If it has been too long then you may need to file in FL.
