Child Custody

I want to know how I can take visitation away from my child's father and gain sole custody.

In order to deny your child's father visitation, you would have to go to court and prove that his visitation is not in the child's best interests and that visitation would have some kind of emotional, mental, physical adverse impact on the child.

If you can prove to the court all that, I am sure you would be awarded permanent custody.
