Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

child custody/care

My 10 yr old daughter lives with her mother, today I found out her stepdad takes her to various jobs while he works. She is told to sit in the truck while he mows customers lawns. This is in Florida and the temp here is 90 degrees outside. Do I have any legel recourse to fight for custody due to these circumstances

I would think so. You certainly have enough of an allegation to petition for modification.
