Child custody/moving

I have a 2 year old girl and have been divorced from my husband for 7 months. I have primary custody right now, he see's her 1 night a week and every other weekend. I currently live in Florida, I am getting married again this summer and moving to Utah. My ex is going to fight my ability to leave the state to be with my new husband...can he keep from leaving the state?

The court will look at the best interests of the child. Relocation is controlled by Florida Statute 61.13001.
