minor boy gets my minor daughter 15yrs old preg, 4yrs later he has been in jail for drug use and distribution, does not pay child support, my husband and I have been financing our grandaughters needs since birth. the boy now 21yrs old has retained a lawyer to gain full custody of my grandaughter after learning my daughters wanting to go to college out of townand take her daughter with her. the boys mother is very controlling (very redneck) alcholic and vulgar and ready to fight in a min, has assulted me at a gas station recently, went to court to get a restraining order on her and the judge threw it out on a technicality,, being I put 2nd offence because she had also assulted my daughter a yr ago. I recently found out the lawyer this boy has is the son of a lawyer who was working for the states atty office! I am now seeking a lawyer for my daughter as well, but who???
