Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My child was diganosed with ADHD and a learning disorder. His father and I have shared custody with me as majority. My son needs a 504 plan for FCAT's that make accomodations for his ADHD. The father will not agree. Do I have any recourse legally?

It really depends on what your divorce documents state. However, I would not think that this would be a choice he would have. If the child has a learning diability and qualifies under the 504 - then I do not believe you need his permission. If the school is reluctant without his approval, then file a Petition for an Order alllowing 504 plan .
