Child Divorce Parent
When can a child divorce a parent or decide who the child wants to live with like with;like if the child lost a parent and the child wants to live with the deceased parent parents,is there an age limit?

Children cannot divorce parents in Florida without parental persmission. If both parents are deceased, the child is awarded to a person designated in the parents' wills or to a person determined by the court.
