my child

My ex-girlfrind left the state with out tell me and took my daughter with her. Can she do that. Please Help.

Probably not. Some judges are so harsh about it that they will almost automatically award the child to the father. It's not so strict in your county, Hillsborough (if I'm correct about your zip code), but you could probably have a judge force her to bring the child back to Florida. You should speak with a custody lawyer right away.
