child being exposed to porn
I have reason to believe that my children 8 year old boy and 10 year old daughter are being given playboy magazines and other stuff by there mother. This is coming from my son and daughter. My lawyer says there is nothing I can do because a judge will not uphold that in court. What can I do to protect my young children?

When divorced parents are unable to agree or to "co-parent", the court becomes the parent. Courts hate this, really, but if I were you, I would try the judge. Depending on the judge, your wife might at least get a good "talking to" about porn. If you were in the middle of a custody battle, certainly this would be something in your favor.

I can suggest two things; a good talk to your children about that subject, or, better some counseling with a trusted counselor or child therapist.
It not like that subject is not out there all over the place. Need to put it in its place.
