Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

if my child father file a for is parental rights and they are grant by a judge . but he does not make effort to get child in the time frame .can the child remain with the mother.

You need to try to ask this question again, rephrase it. It is not clear what you are asking. If the father has asked for time sharing but does not avail himself of it, consistently over a long period of time, then perhaps a modification is in order.
