Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi, i had a child in 2000 but the father left before child was born. at the time he said his name was l. adams but after 13 yrs i found out he lied about his name and age. he gave me his brother's dob and name and he was actually born in 85' and his name is j. means. now his mother denies being involved with his lie and is accusing me of rape. can i go to jail for this if i have proof she lied with him and i have mugshots that show they switch names when arrested?

This is not a Social Security issue but a family law problem. You might contact Department of Revenue and request assistance in collecting child support and for a DNA test.
