Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My child

My husband is having an affair with his first cousin. My son age 11 is ashamed and feels its disgusting when he goes for his visits and they share the same bed. Is this legal? I want to protect my son from this but i dont know if I can. My son is very stressed and I dont know what to do for him

I know that it not legal to have sexual relations someone other than your spouse.
