Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
child insurance
I just found out my 17 year old daughter is pregant. she has not seen or spoke to her father in 2 years. We settled out of court 4 months ago and agreed her would carry her health insurance and pay child support to the courts until she graduates in June. She turns 18 in December. Now that she is pregant, the baby is due in June, and still in school can her drop her insurance or does are agreement, filed with the judge, still hold up. Actual agreement states he must carry insurance and pay child support til she graduates or turns 19.Thank you for your advice

Re: child insurance
If the agreement says he has to pay for insurance then he has to pay for insurance.
