Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My child

A judge made a ruling that I am not happy with.My daughter's great granmother has another case with the same county on my daughter's step-brother.Also it is he same dcf department that took my daughter from me.I fell that i was not treated fairly an would like to know if this is grounds for a change in venue.They live in one county I live in another.Please i jneed my daughter home.I have done nothing to harm ,abondon or neg her.We started this custody alittle or a year an half Her mother had had an overdose that I was unawear of (I was told by the great granmother that she had namonja (Not sure how 2 spell).So when she got out the hospital she wanted 2 see our daughter so I took her there an thats how dcf said I neg her.But i did not know.Had i know I would have nevar taken my daughter there.her mother has since passed away.An I am on her birth cer. an she has my last name she is now 2 years old Please help I fell that I am not getting a fair trail.I would likea nuetral county judge an dcf work take another look can i have this done.The judge made his desion on the 6th of nov.i have 30 days to file also.Please Please help
