Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex did not let me have my child for labor day weekend like it says in the parenting plan how can I fought this? what do I need to do? Should I file a motion?

Get a lawyer and file a motion for contempt on Tuesday (or pretty soon thereafter).
