Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

child

Im currently living in new jersey my son lives with my ex wife in orlando and i dont have any contact with him because i dont have her phone number, or address, i want to talk with my son, and we are suppose to have open contact with regards to our child, do i have to be in florida to get the courts there to help me?

Is there any custody order in place issued by a Court or was this just your agreement????

No, you dont have to be in Florida to file an action in Florida. You can probably make court appearances over the phone.
