If mother agrees to daughter staying with father for a month is there any ''tricks'' the mother can do to get the father in trouble when the daughter stays there?

Re: child
In reviewing your question I am not really sure what you mean by "tricks". I will assume you mean the fact that the court may not have ordered the visitation and that you are somehow violating the court order. Most court orders include language that visitation is as the parties agree, and if the parties cannot agree, then the court ordered visitation schedule applies. Therefore, I always encourage more time if it is agreed to and there is really no need to do anything in writing. However, there may be an ability to get child support abatements for that period of time. Thank you and good luck.
