Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My child was taken away from her mother by child services and I went to court to get my child to live with me. The mother is only allowed supervised visits and phone calls but she keeps dissapearing off the map for weeks at a time and bouncing from substance programs to another, now she live at the rescue mission and is working and still not paying her child support either, can I move to another state with my child to get her away from this mess?

YOu will need to file a Petition for Relocation - these are usually approved when you reason to do so involves transfer of job, moving to a state where there will be help from family members, etc.
