child neglect
I have three children 7,9,& 10. the mother and my three children moved to Jupiter recently with her new boyfriend. My 9yr son told me this weekend that my oldest daughter 10 was babysitting them while their mother and boyfriend were working and that they w for ere alone in the house for more than 4 hrs. There is a minimun age for children to be alone and not being considered child neglect?

To my knowledge the state has not designated a specific age in which someone can babysit. However, I too would be concerned that a 10 year old is taking care of the other children.
You might contact DCF to initiate an investigation, or you could speak to your ex wife about your concerns.
