Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child protective Investigator contact stating that they received an complaint stating that my life and daughter life in danger. They said they wanted to interview my child, my boyfriend, and me. I contact my parent because I�m clueless to what was happening. They said they don�t know anything, but then I my mom told me my child was interview. I was pissed because my child is 4 years old and I was suppose be present when my child was interview and I wasn�t, then they said they had to come to my job and they were pressuring to say that he abuse me or I am going to lose custody of my child. And I agree because I was and emotional wreck I did not lose my child to the system. And they said I had to leave the house and stay with , my parent because they feel my parent house is safe, but there is a lot of tension between my parent and me and they force to go to my parent household. What Can I do?

You need an experienced attorney ASAP!!!!! CPS has Gestapo powers, they lie and misrepresent at will, no control over their activities, investigators are evaluated by results only so there is no value to the investigator in their playing by rules.
