child relocation

I have primary residential custody of my daughter and I am trying to relocate to a different state due to economic issues her father is not willing to compromise....what can I do to make the relocation possible?

You have to follow Florida Statute 61.13001, which requires you to send a specific form of notice to the father. If he sends you a written objection, you have to go to court and request permission from the judge in a proceeding similar to a cutody case.
