Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I had a child with someone else while seperated from my now ex-husband. I have had trouble with the childs father and his mother we normally have equally during the week but quite often they come up with excuses that he is sick or they have plans with him on the days I am supposed to have him. My divorce papers say that my ex-husband is legally the father but not financely obligated. The ex-boyfriend does not know this. My parents have birds and when I bring him back to the ex-boyfriend on the day I am supposed to he becomes sick. They take him to the doctors with out me and got medicaid without me, they give me no copies for when I have him, meanwhile before I got laid off from my last job I kept insurance for him and gave them copies of insurance, I had a peditrician set up for him and they didn't want to take him to him because its a ways from there house. Now they blame my parents birds for him getting sick, meanwhile they have many cats. Please I am unemployed but recieving unemployment and I don't know what to do, I think they are trying to move to Georgia and take him with, without my permission. No one has legal custody has of right now.

Is this boyfriend's name on the birth certificate? If not, he has not rights to this child unless your divorce papers state otherwise. Therefore, I would suggest that you go get your child, stop these games, get an attorney and get this straightened out before your son disappears.
