Re: Hi

You need to speak to an attorney. Much more information is needed, particularly to determine if you would be eligible for spousal support. There are other things you also need to consider, such as an equitable distribution of your combined assets (if any) and debts.

Re: Hi

Not much. You can use an online child support calculator (there are many on the web that are pretty accurate) to figure out your child support. Once he pays child support, there probably won't be any money left over for spousal support.

Though alimony technically gets calculated before child support, since your husband makes so little, I doubt alimony will even be an issue. My hunch is that child support will be in the range of $350 per month plus a portion of the health insurance if there is any, but, as I said, that's just a hunch. You'll need to speak to a divorce lawyer to get a more exact outlook on your case.

Re: Hi

In order to make that determination both spouses need to fill out and file financial affidavits with the court. Your attorney can help you with the guideline figures. Or, if you don't have attorneys, the court may do it.

Once that is done you will know the amount.
