child suport

I pay child support to the grandparent of my son; they do not have custody of my son. He has been staying with them for about eight months now NY, while the mother is living it up in Florida. My ex wife is claiming that he lives with her still, in order for her to collect as much money as she can what should I do

If your case is in Florida, or you are paying child support through the Florida Department of Revenue, file a motion to terminate or abate support.

I don't know what you do in another state.
